The Tulip Foundation Introduction:
The Tulip Foundation (formerly known as "Commissie Goede Doelen" was established in October 1998.
This was an initiative taken on behalf of the NKS (Dutch Club Suabaya), which aimed at enhancing the welfare of people
living both in Surabaya (Indonesia) as well as in surrounding villages.
